Once you’ve received your travel vouchers we do recommend printing them off . These also contain all the terms and conditions as well as contact details to confirm open dated tickets. If you loose them it’s all good, we can always send over a new copy.

Once you hit “Book Now” on the checkout page our team of travel experts will first make sure there is availability on your chosen trips. If there is then happy days – we’ll simply email over your travel vouchers and you’re good to go.

In the event there isn’t any availability we’ll give you some alternative dates or tours to choose from, or refund your booking in full.

At the moment we only accept payment in $AUD, however you can view the prices in your local currency by changing the drop down menu (situated on the right hand side of each tour page) to your chosen currency.

All prices on the site are in Australian dollars ($AUD), although you can change the currency option on the sidebar to display in a range of other currencies too!


Cancellation and refund policies can vary from supplier to supplier – but you can find your trips details in the information tab. If you’re unsure let us know and we’ll happily run you through everything.

We understand some travellers want flexibility with their plans so with most of our Australia tours it’s no worries at all to book open dated. When going through checkout simply select a rough date and then make sure you add “BOOK OPEN DATED” into the notes section so our team knows.

We’ll then process your order and your travel vouchers will contain all the information you need to lock in your final tour dates.

Indeed – we’d be happy to offer you a discount if you’re booking as a group of travellers, family or putting together a larger Australia package. Just chat to our travel team using the contact form and we’ll see what we can sort out for you!

Your Oz Trip is solely based online, so we don’t have a physical shop you can drop into. Operating online means we don’t have to fork out for expensive things like rent and the lack of overheads means we can offer you even better deals on your travel plans!

Plus all our team are busy travelling themselves – it’s our passion after all!

Simply put – nope! Your Oz Trip is an online travel agency so we help connect travellers to a variety of trips and tours run by a range of suppliers across Australia. Details of the tour supplier can be found in the information tab of each product.

All the prices on Your Oz Trip are the same as if you booked directly through the supplier – so you’re not paying any extra to book with us, in fact you’ll often get a better deal! If you find any of our the products on our site cheaper elsewhere let us know and we’ll happily match and even beat them!

Travel insurance IS NOT included with any of our trips and for most you will be required to have adequate travel insurance which covers the activities you are going to be doing.
